At Vibe Rantz Designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to them.
